I added T5 hybrid fixture to my reef tank. I am running 2 ATI coral plus and 2 ATI blue plus bulbs along with my hydra 32. My question, what is a good starting point as far as intensity and kelvin color for the hydra.

The hydras have the kelvin adjustment wheel in the programming. I would turn on the t5s and turn the wheel until you find a look you like. Maybe leave the intensity or lower it for a little while. What intensity is it at now?

Before I added the T5s the hydra was set at 80% intensity

I would proudly lower the intensity by about half and aclimation mode back up over the next month or 2. The t5s is all you really need so don't increase to fast. Carefully observe daily to know if you should speed it up or slow down

Should I slowly increase the intensity back to 80% over the next 2 months??

That sounds reasonable. Again, pay attention to the corals- they will let you know. You might not need to go that high. Ideally, I would want to see some shimmer through the t5 blanket of light
