Hey everyone. I just noticed these white lines on my black Mollies. Can anyone help identify?

Hi, welcome to Reef2Reef!

Sorry, but the pictures aren’t clear enough to say what is going on here.

Are both mollies affected?
Can you give us more background info or better photos?

Yes one more than the other. Everything has been fine. No changes to tank, no new fish. Just kind of popped up. The one pictured definitely has the worst of it it seems. The white spots are close a 1/8 in in length. And maybe a 1/16 wide. I’ll try to get some better photos for you.

Elongated spots along the body, maybe flukes?

You could try a brief freshwater dip and see if they jump off.

Hey everyone sorry for the delay. I haven’t been able to get better pictures. They most definitely do not want to be caught.

If you can catch them and give them a 5 minute FW dip, you might learn more . The dip won’t cure them, but if they improve the next day, then at least you have confirmed it was flukes and you can treat with prazipro.
