Came home from work today and all of my softies (Torch, hammers and mushrooms) are wilted looking and look deflated. My levels are fine after param test. Salinity dropped to 33 but usually fluctuates between 33-35. Have a small diatom outbreak (tank established for about a year) and have never had this happen. All help appreciated. The “skin” on the stem of the coral is peeling away

Have any Ciprofloxacin on hand? I would start @AquaBiomics low dose in tank protocol right away, after iodine dipping everything

I think we need more info about your tank including those parameters you omitted.
Fact that salinity fluctuates between 33-35 ppt is not by itself negative, but are other params fluctuating too?
I am not fully convinced that your corals are suffering from BJD as MartinM suggests, so without proper diagnosis ity's not possible to use proper remedy/treatment.
I don't thing BJD effects mushrooms as it seem in your case.
More pics in white light would be also of help.
