My maroon clown has a bump or sore of some sort on her face and I'm wondering if anyone recognizes it and if so should I be concerned or just let her wait it out, she's eating fine and biting me like usual so I'm not too concerned right now but if it's something serious I'd like to do something before it gets dangerous

The lower 'white thing'. Not sure. It seems almost like a parasite - but that would be odd.

Is there also one below her left eye? Looks similar to the one on the gill plate/jaw.

I don't think so but it's possible, the tip of the spike thing is white but it's been like that for as long as I've had her, the bump just showed up last night

I suspect a cyst/infection of some sort but hard to tell in pics. I would suggest treatment using either Seachem Kanaplex or Neoplex in a separate treatment tank. Often this occurs post injury or post squabbling with another tankmate or cleaning of an area on rocks.

I see some mucus plugs - lower right and upper left. See how they come to a smooth point? If that's what they are, these are a result of some stressor. Sometimes, these are from a parasite, but when I see them on the face of a clownfish, I always wonder if they are a result of "biting" with another clown. I see the much smaller male, but he must be really tough to take on that big momma! Still, clowns do have weird dynamics when it comes to living together and maroons are the worst for that. You may well never see any biting actually happen, since clowns are so alert that they stop fighting to watch you when you are in the room.

Do the two fish still seem to have a good pair bond? Do they sidle up next to each other most of the time?

As far as I'm aware they don't fight at all she seems to be protective of him more than anything, and if it's stress my guess would be because her house is stupid and keeps moving to dumb spots

What would the cause of the cyst/infection be?

Infection whether bacterial or internal. Its not a disease but rather condition which requires antibiotic. Kanamyacin is a good choice being Kanaplex

So I should move her to a hospital tank and treat with antibiotics for a while? And if I did so would that effect her breeding at all? She hasn't given me any babies yet but that is the goal of the tank she is in currently.

As suggested - yes and treat with seachem Kanaplex and add aeration with air stone during treatment
