Other than the peas, would you recommend anything else to try ?I can see the video. The wrasse is swimming weakly and seems to tend toward drifting belly upward (upside down). I definitely see why you're thinking swim bladder issues.

Hi Jay,
Thanks for this, I believe you are most likely correct with this so thanks for sharing that... he's still alive at this moment and seems to want to stay bent in a c shape where his tail is bent at all times. Would this factor in to the neurological issue ? As he doesn't seem to have any injuries or marks.

I'm afraid he does yes attempt to try and eat however he can't get to the food in time as he can't stay buoyant.Yes - the bent spine is a symptom of this. However, the classic symptom is that the fish still tries to eat. If you see that, then 100% it is the UNWD. If the fish isn't trying to eat, it could still be this issue, but could also be what we call "moribund" or actively dying from some other issue.
