Hi,

Please someone help!! I already posted this on my local forum but with no help whatsoever.

Unfortunately i saw that one of my torch corals was suffering from euphyllia eating flatworms so i decided to dip it in aqua forest protect.

note: it was looking fine before the dip with the exception of the skeleton showing…

So what i did after the dip i put it back in the tank and left it for probably 30 minutes to 1 hour and i came back to check on it and to my suprise i saw that some of the tips turned black !!!??? Its now +-two days alter and it is kinda looking better but i dont have a good feeling about it

Also my other torches that came in today cracked and i glued one back the other is stil some what intact but wil they also die or survive??

First foto the coral that is not doing great
Second foto after the dip
Third other torch that cracked

I dont have a photo of the other one but its kind of the same

Most reefers have a wrasse for just this thing. They stay busy picking off bugs and worms all day. Then burrow in the sand at night. Only drawback is you need a copepod population to keep them fed. Most reefers have a refugium to house copepods
