Looks like just a normal Ultra Grail Green Torch - is there yellow in the polyp?

That’s a edited vendor photo so it’s hard to tell. Also looks like a cotton candy torch to me

This cotton candy looks close to your pic. Hard to tell because your pic has editing. Eggcrate is blue and the background becomes solid black. Brightness and saturation seem tweaked

Random…I’m buddies with a higher end vendor, and 7 min ago he texted me asking if I saw his new grails. I said no and to send them over.

Now that’s a true grail - the yellow and green. You then get Ultra Grails which are green but fluorescent green.

I have never put much stock into buying a coral by the name. I like to know what it is called (trade name) but that is after I see it and know the price and most of the time I almost immediately forget anyway. I am probably not buying a $200-400 frag because its called X regardless of if it is or isnt X.

I just got a torch at a frag show on sunday. My first question was how much for that one? The vender went straight to its name and I said looks like a cotton candy to me he said the difference is it has not just pink tips but orange and yellow too its a skittles. I didnt see it. Anyway how much? That will determine whether I buy it or not. $50 was his answer. Next point I want to see the flesh band. It looked ok but not like some other really nice torches I had just seen at another table in that price range. The price immediately went to $40. I guess the point is if he told me it was a grail and or the typical price for one I would have walked away not knowing or really caring if it was or not.

True just buy what you like. If you like the colors and it’s a price you feel is justified to have that item then buy it. If not, walk away

This is mine. I always associate grails with green/yellow. The neon green ones look like bright green torch and are hard to differentiate from a bright green torch species like cotton candy

I still can’t tell what one of my torches is, it’s orange but then it’s yellow - kind of dragon tamer like but not.
