Need help ID this growth and how to get rid of it. It’s very slow growing. A dark brownish green color. Won’t scrape off. I used vibrant for green bubble algae and it didn’t slow this growth.

2 photos are from 2 different sides with blues on and aquarium cam auto settings. Last is with just whites.
Thanks

It is a setosa? Regardless with encrusting montis often in a new tank they will develop dead spots and algae will grow, but as the coral adapts to the new environment it will begin to regrow over the dead spots. My advice is to leave it alone and make sure your water is stable and within acceptable parameters.

Yes it is setosa. my tank is just at 1 year total. This coral was added probably about 6 months ago. The growth is decent and the color is good. My other sps do not have this or any other issues.
I do water changes without fail and monitor all the parameters I can. Everything is where it should be.
