Long time listener.... First time caller.

I have been a member for years, but rarely say much. In an attempt to reach 25 meaningful posts I figured I'd start with a proper introduction.

My name is Nick, I live in Tampa, Florida, and I've been an avid reefer since 1992. I worked retail saltwater stores in Tampa until the mid 2000's, and since then have always kept the hobby alive at home.

I bought my first Acropora in 1993, and have pretty much been addicted to the sticks ever since. I have a mixed reef, using pretty much the same methodology I've used for decades... Simple berlin style system, lots of food, heavy water changes, leave it alone, and keep it simple, clean, and alkalinity stable.

I look forward to opportunities to contribute more around here.

Thanks for the warm welcome!!!

Glad to still be here after the 90's, I like to think I remember most of it.

My reef in 1996. Real Florida rock (a couple of chunks still in service today),fire coral, Joe-Bear(I know) sand bed, and custom background. lol.
