I have always had a special place in my heart for marine life and have wanted a saltwater tank for the longest time. Not too long ago I brought up to my parents I wanted to keep a reef tank to give myself some purpose and care for other little lives, then hopefully, as time goes by, broaden my horizons and keep other tanks (Like seahorses ;) heh). Fortunately, my parents have agreed to let me keep a tank and I have done loads of research too! Since this will be my first saltwater tank, I will compose a post of equipment/supply questions on the right thread soon!

Glad to join the community :)

Welcome to R2R. Plenty of people to give good advice. The first piece of advice I will give from my mistakes, is learning to Hurry-Up-And-Wait... Take things slow. As we say on the race track, slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
