I was going to construct custom Polystyrene shipping boxes. I found these polystyrene sheets on Uline and I was wondering if they would work? Any insight would be appreciated.

I have not used them but I have received items packaged with them and all was good.

Are they fit for shipping live animals? If no one has an answer, maybe I will test it out.

I've have received corals shipped in them. They are very similar to what I always called styrofoam coolers.

Oh, nice. In that case, I will make my shipping boxes out of them. Do you know any sources on making custom shipping boxes?
