Can anyone ID these on my rock

hi guys, I’m going to say in the last 2 or 3 weeks I started to notice these things growing from my rock. Tried to take the best photos I can be they are rock like but brittle enough that I could snap with my hands if the piece was big enough

I’ve found them in all of my somewhat shaded parts of the rock work. Any help would be super appreciated
