Found this picture of a beautiful fish that looks to be a type of blenny or goby. Anyone ever seen one before or know what it is?

Gulf signal blenny. I've never seen one in person but they're really cool looking.

I'm honestly not even sure if it is ever offered for sale in the aquarium trade. When you search for pictures of it you only see the same handful of pictures of it. There are other threads where people have said they tried to find one to buy and never could.
