Here is a video of how my Euphillia look in my tank... notice how they have no blast of current?
Btw is the hammer not being puffed out showing that it’s not happy?

Ok will do once I get home. When should I check back and see if it’s puffed? 24 hours? After this much time, it "should" be opened up fully. If it is not, I suspect you have too much flow on it. I base this opinion on the fact it IS opened up a bit (can see that in your video). It appears healthy from what I see, but I expect it will be happier if moved lower in the tank and placed with lower flow and less light.
Ohhhh ok thanks so much.I'd say about 2 hours after "lights on: you should be able to tell. Mine retract after dark and usually are fully opened by a couple hours after lights on. I work a swing shift so I don't see them till after 10 am here (lights ramp up starting at 8 am).
Try and mimic the flow you see in my tank if you can. Just that slow gentle motion. I understand that may not be 100% realistic, but do your best. If they look like a palm tree in a hurricane, you have wayyyyy too much... lol
Notice ALL of mine are right off the sand? Notice I have a few back near the back glass under a rock overhang? All of this is to minimize what is otherwise a pretty heavy flow over the rest of my tank.
If I point the power heads at the surface will it work to lower flow?I'd say about 2 hours after "lights on: you should be able to tell. Also accidentally broke off the bottom of the hammer when trying to take it off the rock. It is only the base and so talked with someone and I ended up putting it on a smaller rock and placing it lower in the tank. Ok, I turned off one power head is that even better? The one i’m pointing tooMost likely yes. With the added benefit of improved gas exchange from surface agitation.

Will do thanksShould be fine.
One thing I feel important to add here... Stop messing with it. Every time you disturb it, you are in effect "restarting" the clock. place it and leave it alone. It will tell you if it is unhappy.
yup the hamerThe powerhead is on top right? Coral is the circle?
