170 lbs of water + 28 lbs of tank + 20 lbs of rock = ~220 lbs + gear in the cabinet.
I think the legs are not stable enough.
No legs AND screw it to a stud in the wall = yes
It looks like it will be a near perfect fit for foot print.

You could buy the cabinet, assemble it sit on it and see how stable it feels.
It might be more solid then the directions make it look.

I could try to reinforce it too. I wish I could build things but if you saw my garden beds, you would know that's not possible. LOL!
