I do the same thing all winter long.....just have to shovel a path to the grill

I do the same, except my pellet grill is on my covered porch. I have a "grill blanket" I put on my smoker to help keep the temps stable. I've smoked pork butts at -30F!

I’ve been known to grill in pretty much all weather with the exception of hurricanes and hail. I might have to fire up the grill tomorrow.
