Picked up my rock today. I must say @Eric Cohen has the nicest rock available at this moment in time. You get what you pay for! I finally have the look that I’ve aspired to get since I started reef keeping. It’s just a shame that I don’t have the photography skills to do this rock it’s justice

It begins. Now to think about my first fish!

What model tank do you have? Looks great so far.
I’m planning to grab some Aussie rock from this shipment next week to add to my display. My rock is cured old live rock and I’m looking for some biodiversity. Your pics are pushing me over the edge bc it looks outstanding. I’m thinking 10 lbs to add to my system should do the seeding trick I’m hoping for. How many boxes did your rock come in? Just have to figure out the shipping situation. UPS vs air freight.

My tank is the Innovative Marine SR80.

2 boxes is what mine came in. I had to do air freight because of this. Keep in mind that if you do UPS it may be subjected to sitting in a hot truck for an amount of time and there’s not a lot of control over the what if’s that could happen with that type of shipping vs. air freight. Eric shipped my rock out on Monday evening and it was in Houston for like 7am Tuesday and I picked it up from the Airport at around 9am and it was in my tank by noon on Tuesday.

The customer service from Eric is amazing. Even got a personal call from him to check in on me yesterday to see how everything went and if I was satisfied. I recommend Tank Stop 100%.

Call him and talk to him. He’s extremely informative and professional and will see what you’re wanting to do and recommend what he thinks is best.

Obviously undersized for my sized tank. But I knew what I was getting into by having AIO.

With that being said. This little thing is a WORKHORSE. I’ve never had a skimmer be tuned so easy and start making skimmate this quickly and effectively. It’s extremely quiet as well.

I’m hoping this combined with a properly sized Santa Monica HOG algae scrubber will be sufficient in keeping things where I want them in the future.
