Don't know what NO4 is (Nitrate is NO3, nitrite is NO2, phosphate is PO4, but 200ppm would be incredibly high), but it looks like there is a nutrient issue of some kind. I'd increase filtration or decrease feeding in the longer term but start with a big water change or two to normalize those numbers.

Also your magnesium is low - I would aim for 1200 -1400 ppm - and this will negatively effect corals like montipora first.
