no skimmer? clean up crew?

im looking into a skimmer. but it has to be something thats not junk. and will fit in chamber 1 of my BC14. suggestions? as for a clean up crew I have a variety of mixed snails Dwarf Ceriths, Florida Ceriths, Nerites, and Nassarius snails. but them seem like they poop more then actually clean. from reefcleaners. but i am pretty religious with my weekly waterchanges

dom i want to have a efficent skimmer inthere without having to chop up the hood like how you have on your bc in the living room. as long as i can keep my hood looking stock from the outside i dont mind trimming pieces in the inside portion

thx lpslover ill deff look into both those products. this is a first time for me dealing with something like this. never had issues in any of my other tanks. did help my brother in though w/ his 90g cyno issue, which he is still currently battling. as for the filtration changed it last month. I have a stevieT's media basket in chamber two. filterfloss on top, Chaeto in middle w/ fuge light on reverse light cycle, chemipure+purigen on the bottom. as far as flow i do have a Mp10 in there i could always turn it up a tad bit more ;)
