0 nitrate and very high phosphate at .5ppm would be contributors.

A high DKH at 214ppm but is within normal operating levels.

When only 1 coral is affected and else good, it’s impossible to make any good changes.

I’d bump nitrate to 5-15ppm stable and phosphate down to .05-.1ppm

If the system the 12dkh stable, then I’d just leave that.

What products would you recommend to lower the phosphate?

Coral looks like it has died or bailed out. Among other issues, the tank looks very new, how long has it been up and running?
That tank has be established since mid November. I purchased the grape coral and Goni, with the two clownfish on the 28th of December, and I got everything else today.

I’m using Fanua Marin Phosphate 0.04.
I get good results also with Rowaphos.
In a media bag, in a reactor.

I doubt the nitrate 0ppm is accurate considering the high phosphate level, that don’t make sense too me.

It's dead and 0 nitrate is very bad for coral. What's your phosphate levels.
