Need some help with my CBB. Trying to get him to feed and he has cleared my tank of aiptasia and has ignored even live brine. Anyone have some LR covered with aiptasia they want cleaned up while I work out an alternate food source?

Tried mysis and live brine. Just tried live clam and he won't eat that either.

AC has a frozen food for butterflies and angels with a bunch of stuff in it. Try that.

Working off ACs recommendations right now. Tried everything they have suggested and some, sigh. Hoping he doesn't starve on me. He is a very good aptasia hunter.

He hasn't eaten anything offered, but I see him picking at the LR continuously.

I agree, sometimes they take a while to start eating. If you do want to sell him however, I will take him. I still have a lot of aiptasia even though I have lasered quite a few.

Woot. He is eating. The clam was gone this morning and he seemed to be checking out the shell. So I put another in just to see. He was cautious, but started eating it.

Great! I figured he would eat eventually.

I decided to get me one at Aquatic Critter today and right after I put him into the tank I put some "Angel and Butterflyfish" food in and he started eating immediately! I had tried a few Copperbands years ago and they would either hide in the corner until they died or just not eat. This one acts like he has been in the tank for a long time. He is active and acts right at home. I think I saw him eat one small aiptasia but it could have been something else. I stood there debating on whether to get him for a while but I'm glad I did.
