Got a sick clown fish any ideas

took him out of the dt cause he wasn’t eating and breathing heavy he is in a hospital tank and when he is not eating and breathing heavy no signs of ick parameters are good other clown is good maybe a swim bladder or a internal infections? He isint dead but he is moving extremely wrong swimming down not swimming and eyes are bulging any ideas I don’t have much time already treated with kanaplex and metro plex yesterday nothing helps

This fish is lethargic and can/may be due to early stage brooklynella but hard to see due to tank surface reflection. Bladder is a possibility but without knowing or confirming, I would not have started adding medication , at least yet ( I understand urgency) without a clear assessment.
Metro can easily be overdosed as it has to be used precisely at .5gm in weight which is a super tiny amount. If added to food, makes it taste bitter and fish will refuse it.
If fish is not breathing heavily, you can do a 5 minute freshwater dip the same temp as display tank which If brook will offer temporary relief.
Please post a 20second you tube video under same lighting for better assessment

There seems to be a buoyancy issue here and fish shows slight bloating. Kanaplex which you have is absorbed itself by a fish and may or may not help but in many cases the fish has to release any air in the bladder which can be a slow process.
