Clove polypsHere's some hitchhikers on my recent Zoa purchase. The 15 - 20 minute dip in Coral RX didn't hurt these guys!!!
You're exactly right! I just googled them and that's what they are. I'm trying to encrust my largest rock with a variety of Zoas . . . I'm not looking for these guys to start popping up on this rock.Clove polyps
Sea Bee - I think those are actually another coral in that patch of zoas (sorry, can't remember the name right now), hence why they didn't come off in the dip
You're spot on!!! After going back for a second look, they're actually Clove Polyps. Here's a close-up:
justaDutchguy - Is the crab still there after dipping the coral? If not, I'd dip it or pick him out if possible just to be safe

Looks like a Duncan to me.It's about a 1/4" in height and the head is the size of an eraser on a # 2 pencil.
Do you have a picture of it under white light?
^ That looks like Fungia.
Not entirely sure. If you dont want them I would grab them as close to the rock as possible with tweezers and pull them outOne quick question: How do I remove these guys? I'd rather not have them in my tank, but I don't want to harm my zoas.
