I used Gorilla 100% silicone on a DIY build. Missed the part that it is mold & mildew resistant and not for underwater applications, aquariums.
Figured being 100% silicon like GE1 and others would be reef safe.
I let it cure for a week. Is it Reef Safe? If not do I need to cut it off and redo the seams, or can I just overcoat it with another bead of reef safe silicone?

Not sure on the answer to whether it's OK or not. However you can't silicone over silicone and would need to completely disassemble the panels.

Just email the company and see what they say

Thank you for contacting The Gorilla Glue Company. We appreciate your interest in our company and products.

We would not recommend Gorilla Glue Caulk and Seal for your aquarium that as it is not recommended for constant submersion. It IS mildew and mold resistant by design. We would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the aquarium for their recommendation. Thank you for reaching out!

Crap. I'm sorry, but at least you know beforehand.
