Good place to buy snails online?

I just got an order from reef cleaners. Nothing bad to say about the shipping; ordered on a Wed; the website said it would ship Mon; it did. I got it Tues. Doesn't negate anyone else's experience but that was my only one so far. I will say though; the count was off (larger snails) and a bunch did move when added to my system; dead. Just my .02

Ok you win, I gotta drop out as I got scolded for lighting him up in a previous thread. Virgin eyes called me vulgar. Guess we kinda drifted off topic but in all honesty I know four divers south of Largo and they don't take kindly to strangers.

I’m not opposed to questioning him and his practices. I won’t ever buy from him again. But I know in 2015 area he was diving and collecting with his employees.
Like I said I don’t know if that’s the case anymore.
KP Aquatics is also excellent. But they never have enough of anything in stock to get a decent purchase in.

Got corals from them a couple of weeks ago, and can say that everything was awesome. Packaging was very top notch.

Usually local for me. But saltwateraquarium personally has the best bang for the price.

Not for me, I would never buy from them again. He told me it was USPS problem not his. Really? It took 3 days to get to me and now refuses to refund unless I use UPS and all orders now have to be UPS. Also, he gave me crabs instead of snails.

The last time i ordered and USPS barf'd the delivery, he told me not to bother opening the box, as it would probably make me barf and passout and resent the entire order.
This was in late 2023 tho... i havent had the need to order reciently.

I ordered aiptasia from addictivereefkeeping to make sure I had a backup supply for berghia. The shipping was very slow and the water stunk terribly. I'm used to slightly stinky shipping water from macroalgae shipments but this was absolutely rancid. Some of the aiptasia actually died and started to disintegrate because the water was so bad.
I've had generally good experiences with reefcleaners but I always ordered overnight shipping from them so that might be part of it.
I buy regularly from seahorse savvy.
He didn’t for me but I’m glad you’ve had a better experience. Most of the stuff I got from him lived but I wanted dwarf ceriths not 10 hermits in dwarf cerith shells. Never responded regarding sending the wrong item after multiple emails.

I went with Reef Cleaners for my first ever on-line live stock order about 5 months ago. Shirmp, 10 hermit crabs, 3 turbo snails, 4 medium sized Ceriths, 10 dwarf ceriths, 5 Trochus.
The turbos did not ship, 1 hermit arrived dead, instead of sending 10 dwarf ceriths I got like 30. The shrimp died next day but that was likely my fault. John emailed me back when I mentioned dead hermit and no turbos - and he credited me right away. Problem is giving me money back for the missing turbos is not a fair solution as if I was to take that money and order again, I'd also then have to pay for shipping again - which is higher than the turbos cost.
