Which is how I used it for a couple of decades. SO I start seeing it here and go Hmmm.
I am slow these days. I had to see it about 6 times before I figured it out.You provide a healthy reminder about acronyms. The thank you version of TIA has been around for quite a while but seems to come and go in various groups because it can be considered presumptuous based of the context and usage.

Jill's dad had a TIA and went to the hospital about 2 months ago. So the other version was fresh in my mind from recent conversations.
