I have a problem communicating with people. Here is an example. This is a string of emails with business on net that happens to be close to me. They have live rock listed for sale on their site.

The subject of my first email was live rock

I am interested in buying some. I am setting up a 180 gallon tank right now. Do you have any large pieces?
I am local and could pick it up.

Are you looking for all live or some dry some live rock and when would you need it
Thank you for your business!
SAF

I saw you had a listing for live rock from a teardown. I will probably end up using some of each. I am plumbing it right now. Just seeing what I can find. I need a few large ones though.

When you say large how big were you looking I have some 20 lbs pieces of dry and some 7-10 live. Won’t be back in town until late next week though.

Sorry I have no mental image of a 10 or 20 pound rock. Pieces 12 inches or bigger that will fit through the 24 x 24 openings in the top.

Yes I can accommodate that no worries.

and that's where we are now. 6 emails and I still have no idea what this person is selling. Is it me or is it them?
Do you have any idea what a 20 pound rock would look like?

I am not sure how to respond to this. I feel silly.

Good morning.
Something is inside our walls. The cat is trying to get to it. Turn volume up and hear some scratches in the wall. What do we do?!
Critter in my wall
Its a mouse in the house. Call critter evictor or Exterminator.

Perhaps. Maybe with something in the frame to give it some scale. I have the feeling I am dealing with a kid.
I sent this.
Let me know when you get back and I will drop buy if that’s okay. I think I need about 100 pounds.

So which of those weighs 20 pounds?

They answered

Sounds good will do

Thank you for your business!

We haven't done any business and it looks unlikely we will. What was on the net was live rock $4.99 a pound and a 20% off code.
I still have no idea what they have.
I can get 100 pounds at Salty Bottom for 3.99 a pound.

Good morning! Lunch yesterday was great (shrimp tacos anyone?). Mall was a success. Ended up in Eddie Bauer and they had one pair of insulated mittens left in the clearance section, so @Paul B, I'm the proud owner of mittens! I'll try them out on my next cold weather walk.

We didn't make it to the LFS store. I may try today. I also need to fill the ATO reservoir! Have a great Sunday! :)

Good morning. Don’t hear the critter in the wall today. Must of moved to another part of the house or found it’s way out again. According to google if sound is during the day it’s probably a squirrel or bird and if at night then it will be mice, rat, or raccoon. At this point my husband doesn’t want to spend money on pest control company cause we don’t even know where it’s at now. Have a great Sunday.
