I’m gonna start with my goni collection for reference:

(Gamora Goniopora)

(fruitloop micro goniopora)

(Unknown purchased from wwc sale as a mystery goni)

Starting at the top:
Purchased from lfs as a red goni
Gem eye goniopora (pale blue with a pink face)
Sizzling goniopora (neon yellow/green petals)

Berrylicious goniopora

So as I know it there are generally your pink, red, purple, and green gonis.
there are also micro gonis that are actually bernardpora.
I gave the “commercial” names for these gonies but what’s there species names?

and how do my oddball gonis fit into this id mess?

the Berrylicious is almost as small as a micro and has similar extension.
the sizzling goni has a similar poly size as well but little to no extension

then there’s the gem eye goni.
I may be newish to the reefing hoby but I think this is the only blue goni I’ve seen. (so far)

what am I dealing with here?

There a lot of hybrid goniopora out there . I can’t quite make out the colors as they are under medium blue intensity

One of those Gonis might be a Cherry Red.
Here for the gonis, but do you happen to know the name for your orange and white acan? I have one with the lower amount of white lines like the middle one in your photo and I don’t know its name.

Orange and white doesn’t really apply to any of my acans
Are you talking about this guy?:

Is that a blasto or candy cane? I am at the stage of coral ID knowledge where many corals look alike to me. I am beginning to wonder if LFS guy just agrees with my guesses. :loudly-crying-face:

This is the pic from my orders page on wwc. The original page is gone so I couldn’t get a better pic.

I’m actually thinking about moving it to a lower light location. It’s not super happy where it is
