Going FOWLR…help me evaluate my options!

Well you certainly have a W/C routine, filtration and the biological end covered !
I had a 75g FOWLR with a canister and it ran very well .

if you get some herbivore such as foxface rabbit fish you will not have much algae problem.
I have a 125G FOWLR and no skimmer, just a good Tydal HOB filter and a small HOB refugium. My fish range from 3 to 12 years old. I do not have predatory fish though, as I do not like the idea to feed them with live fish.
