Jesse, "Flasher" type wrasses periodically spread their fins open as far as they can, then relax them again. Gives you a quick 'flash' of their full color and pattern.

Just out of curiosity why is his name Liney? He looks like a C. laboutei Very sweet blue color!!

btw, thanks for pointing that out.. I got the name wrong.. he's actually Stripes... Liney is the Lineatus... :lol:
