I’m thinking about, converting a free 29 Gallon Aquarium to an AIO Aquarium. I have the Glass, recently was given 1/4” ABS. The Glass would be glued to the end of the tank. Peninsula Style Tank. ABS, would have Spacers, to create a water flow Path, between the Glass and ABS. A Couple of slots cut low into the ABS, with Weir Teeth at the top. Wondering what to use to glue the ABS. The Glue would just have to keep the ABS in position, not hold back pressure.

There are any number of adhesives that will bond ABS to glass. However, I believe for your application, the best and easiest solution would be an aquarium safe silicone. There are multiple brands available.

Good luck with the AIO!
