Also curious about your fish .. you have many of the ones I am going to be transferring or getting when I do move into the 300. Did you buy all those new? If so QT for how long? Or did you transfer some of those over from previous tank?

most of them are from a LFS, but a reliable one, with healthy fish!
i handpick them myself.

i did not QT them (but i should) i only give them a fresh water dip for 15-30 minutes.
