Had a recent issue with my 5 year old KH director. Wear on one of the internal tubes caused a small leak. The device detected the leak and shut down preventing the device from being damaged beyond repair. Sent in a support ticket to GHL first thing Monday morning. @Vinny@GHLUSA responded within 2 hours with a solution and some tips. Had the unit back up and running Monday evening. Very satisfied with the support and response time!
