GFO and Carbon

I was thinking of a club order of GFO (Granular ferric oxide) and Carbon from BRS. Do you folks use GFO or carbon? If so, which type of GRO and carbon do you use?

I was thinking of the HC GFO and the ROX carbon.

I've actually found that some of the GFO and carbon are as cheap at The Aquarium as they are at BRS...especially figuring that they do refills with 20% discount. You may want to check into them and see what they will do. Maybe if we buy something like 5gals at a time, they will give a nice cut.
