The white bumps appear to be skin irritation producing mucus cones. May or may not be mixed in with ich. Assure good water quality and diet. If it continues to grow, quarantine and treat with coppersafe at 2.25 treatment level for 30 days. Other fish may not show signs at all

Spoke with my fish store that I got him from and sent them the photos I have of it they said possibly stung or maybe lymph could also be from a result from bullying only thing in tank big enough to bully the gem is a moorish idol that’s never shown signs of aggression

Not lymphocystis for sure and stings would be circular ring or dark spots. Bullying yes would contribute to skin irritation also

It could be from abrasions, and it could by Lymphocystis (but that is more typically seen on the fin edges than right in the middle of the body like that).

At least this isn't any of the parasitic diseases (not to say this fish is clear of those, just that these white spots aren't an issue).
