Here is my new 180g build
Equipment list as follows
Simplicity 36" sump, DC16 Skimmer, AS2 Algae Scrubber, AquaMaxx TS-1 Sulfur Denitrator, Puratek Auto Leveler ATO Controller, 2 RW15 Wavemakers, DCT15000 return, DCT3000 scrubber pump, 2x Reef Brite Blue Tech Leds, 2x Reef Brite True UVA Leds, 1 8 bulb ATI Fixture using a mix of 10k 12k and blue plus Reef Brite T5HO Bulbs.

This tank has been setup for 4 weeks now. Fiji Tukani Live Rock cycled for 2 weeks with ATM Colony and the tank was cycled with Colony as well. No detectable ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate remained steady at .05ppm continually since the live rock and water was added.

Fish list 1 red sea sailfin tang- rescued from an undersized tank with poor husbandry- hence the missing dorsal and anal fins- They have slowly started to regrow and there is about 1/4 in of new growth for both fins since I brought under my care.
1 yellow tank who is about 10 yrs old, 1 orange shoulder tang who seems to love the camera, a rabbit fish who is almost too fat to swim, 11 clown fish (3 pink skunks, 2 tomato, 2 black oscellarous and 2 maroon clowns. All keep to their respective anemones except for the skunks and tomatoes who seem to like each others company.

There are 4 yellow damsels (Amblyglyphidodon aureus) for flat worm control originally, now they are pretty cool to watch and very mellow, two honey damsels (very beautiful fish similar to the yellow damsels but with a rose tinted front body and a black dorsal spot. Very shy and not very aggressive. 1 black damsel who again is very shy. A red lipped blenny, 1 hippo tang and 1 six line and a very large almost 7" green coris wrasse. I also have a lantern basslet, who the kids named torpedo. He hangs in the rocks and darts out after food.

This stock, anemones, and corals are transferring over from my oceanic 125 gallon which Ive had for almost 18 years.

Finally the very first pic of the 180 and stand coming home from Greg the Infidel Hooks house in Ft. Lauderdale. Thanks to my little brother Mike for riding over and helping out with the move over here. Yes the stand was painted flat black, and I'd like to thank Behr and PPG paints for making Alkyd Semi Gloss Enamel paint. Made covering the old black paint much much easier!

Chris, you're alive! I had no idea you started a tank nigh a month ago. Is this a new set up or a restart? Looking good!

Here is the progression of my new 165g tank. I moved in July and combined my 40g and 75g tanks into this new work-in-progres!

It is definitely still in the early stages, but doing well so far and I can't wait to see where it ends up in a year or two down the road!
