@seahuy, thank you for the shout out, @Ocean_Queenie takes great pride in packaging each and every bottle. The bubble wrap and sleeping adds extra layers of insulation, and the ice and/or heat packs we add when needed helps us achieve an almost perfect arrival record. The personal note is something that she insists goes into every box, and she tries to make each one unique and personal.

We do really care about our pods, to the extent that we actually kept the pods we brought to RAP in culturing vessels with air and phyto to ensure they were fresh and alive, not prepackaged days in advance. We care for them throughout the culturing stages with the same attention we provide the life in our aquariums, not just because they are “property” but because they are living creatures.

We love hearing comments like this, and I bet Sherry will be floating on a cloud all day due to the kind words.
