I can honestly say we get a LOT of questions - most come in through PM's on boards, in threads, or via email and phone calls. One of the reasons that sets Buckeye apart from other vendors is our dedication to customer service. If you have questions, we have answers!

Have you read through our compiled list of Frequently Asked Questions? It's a treasure trove of useful information ready and waiting for your review. Take a look: http://www.buckeyehydro.com/faq/

I can 100% vouch for Buckeye Hydro's customer service.

I have an old, but very big RO system. It uses 2 very big RO membranes which they had in stock. But they also had instructions on how my particular system worked and even got me some parts although the company that made it had gone out of business!
