Has anyone tried this with aragonite sand? I'm not a big fan of the texture of pure cement.

If you got the water quality out of the tap thats clean.... this is nothing short of friggen genius!!!

That would be my only problem, my tapwater is at 18 DKH...I would cure the chemicals out of the cement but maybe they would Leach alkalinity into the tank, IDK

I used a masonry bit to drill my rocks. Same result, natural frag holder

You can also use a grinder to make the plugs smoother. Have fun. Never buy a plug again LOL

You could probably cure them in a plastic basket in your toilet tank. The water would change every time you flushed it.
