Foxface has something on it's fin

I have had the fish for a week and just noticed this today. Only other fish in the tank is a yellow watchman goby. The goby has nipped towards the foxface during feeding, but I have never seen him actually make contact or chase the foxface. The foxface is acting completely normal. No erratic swimming or breathing.

Yes the white spot on it's top fin. Salinity 1.026. Temperature 78.

Looks like a fin ray issue with bacterial infection and best treatment in a separate quarantine tank will be Seachem Neoplex with added aeration and a focus on water quality during treatment.
What other occupants are in tank that may have been nipping at this?

Just the goby, a peppermint shrimp, and three scarlet legged hermit crabs. The rest of the inhabitants are snails.

Any lesion/damage to the fin has a chance to get infected

I'd be very surprised if any of those animals caused this. I agree with treating it as a primary bacterial infection with Neoplex in a treatment tank.
