I have two recent order, during the shipping the corals are plugged into a plastic cup but no elastic band at the end. so corals fell off from the cup resulting lost and brown jelly issues.

I bought an UC amazeball goni, 600+, came in fell of from the cup. and even worse it was delayed for 24hr due to UPS weather issue. it was ok for the first 24 hr in the system. and than I spotted like 3 browm slime on the tissue and it didnt open up. I manually removed the browm slime, and it started open up again now. has been 48hr since the operation. it looks fine now except some skeleton where the slimes were.

from another seller contains 6 corals for an over 1000k order. got them yesterday, 5 out of the 6 corals fell off from the cup. and a blasto bleached/died inside the bag. An HG torch was squeezed into a corner of the bag and was super stressed. never inflated or open up in the tank. after being in my system over night, now it has black/brown slimes on the tissue. removing it now. a candy crush mushroom also went of from the cup, now its detached from the rock/plug. I am very angry on the seller now, trying to get a reasonable responds from them. the corals do came in with a larger bags with a lot more water than most of the sellers. but that wont help or will make it even worse, if the coral fell off from the cup. it will roll around inside the bag a lot often and damage the tissue. even with that much water, the packaging water looked brown/darken and milky, I assume its because the corals are stressed, emitting a lot chemicals....

just for comparison, I received the third order (6+ corals over 1000+) from Cali Kids on the same day(yesterday), all their corals are fixed into the cup as I sketched. even with a lot less water (1/4 of water as the second seller I mentioned above), the packaging water is crystal clear, and the corals have 0 issues in my system after the 1st night.

so for all the sellers, please fix the coral in the cup with a elastic band, and for all the online buyers, please make sure your seller knows how to pack the corals.

Just some extra thoughts on packaging. sellers please all use a slender bag best to have the same diameter as the plastic cup so that the coral will sit upright position with out moving/flipping around during transportation.
