Hey guys. I know this is largely up to the corals like, placement, etc. all im
Looking for is a baseline here so that I can dial it in over time, but a good starting point would help.

I have a IM 25 lagoon with a 1.5 sicce turned to max going through 2 random flow generators. I also have a single mp10. I’m running alternate 6hr runs of reefcrest-pulse-reef crest-pulse. Last one turned down for night mode. What % would be a good starting point to set the mp10 at for the majority of the day so I’m in the ball park?

Depending on the corals you have, you want 20x to 40x cumulative GPH turnover flow in your tank. So adding your return pump and wavemaker GPH to match your corals requirements. I run my MP40s at 26% intensity during the day and 20% at night. My return pump is at 45%.
