Flow Requirements

Hey all-

I am trying to dial in my flow for my tank. I have a 26g peninsula tank stocked with a pink bubble anemone, several softies and zoas and mushrooms; a couple chalices and another LPS I’m unsure of. I have an MP10 I’m running on reef crest mode on medium. I recently moved an lps from a higher flow area to lower flow and it started looking much better. I’m curious what y’all would recommend I run on my mp10 what mode and low, medium, or high? High seems overpowered for my tank. I’m running on medium now but I’m wondering if the coral would like the low flow, or a different mode better.

Also with my light, it’s a XR15 from eco tech. What mode would yall recommend and what intensity?

I would probably error on the high as opposed to the low. GL.

I have the same tank , lights and 2x mp10 I run my flow top and bottom with 11 shrooms
