I have my fingers crossed, I just ordered a Flaming Prawn Goby today and it should be in my tank by noon tomorrow!

I've been waiting to get one for several years, I'll post pics asap!

He will be in a 12" cube. I hope to see it very often.

I did see mine once more, when I tore the tank down. It was in a 60 cube also. They were pretty expensive back then so I was disappointed but the fish obviously fared well on pods and what-not that it could hunt.

I also added a Randalls pistol shrimp, I'm banking on the two showing themselves often :)

Well, so far today my plan has bankrupted, I haven't seen the pistol shrimp or the goby since 20 minutes after adding them to the tank.......I'm keeping my hopes alive, for now....

Really how little is that guy?

A generous 1/2" for both. The substrate in the tank is a mix of small white sand with larger black sand, so normally there is very little white on top, I did notice this morning that there was a small pile of white sand at the bottom edge of the sole rock on the bottom of the tank. I can only assume that the shrimp and goby are under the rock. Since the rock can be easily lifted I'm going to take a peek tomorrow so I can stop stressing over it.

In my last pic the shell next to it is a standard sized hermit shell.
