Then, pitch the food to it as much as you can without letting a lot of food fall to the bottom. Multiple feedings per day is best (4x at least).

Please provide a video using white light and some history on your tank, how long have you had the fish?, did you QT?, other fish in the system?
This is the poster who got fish from an awful source/scam vendor for history of the fish

The cbb is dead, the male anthia is in a cave, saw the dottyback earlier today. 3 female anthias are fine.
I suggest you set up a quarantine tank to observe your anthias and treat them if needed. Giving them a chance to survive if they are indeed infected.

Given the nature of how you got these fish I would not be surprised if they were exposed to parasites already.

As vetteguy54081 said it doesn’t have to be fancy, just an ordinary tank from Petco, with a small heater, and a bubbler and some cheap pvc pipes from Home Depot.

Sorry you lost them. Hope the others pull through okay and it was just a poor specimen.

Sorry about the fish. Sucks. I would wait awhile before trying more fish. Make sure the damsel doesn’t come down with any parasites.

As others have said, you should really set up a QT tank. If your only surviving fish is a damsel, that means only the most resilient specimen survived which will allow fish parasites to live in your display tank and torment any future additions. Also, it was a very bad idea to put a Copperband in a new tank.
