Hello!

I’m looking to add some more livestock to my tank and I’d like some input on compatibility as I’m trying to minimize aggression. My tank is 108 gallons with lots of live rock and some corals.

I currently have:
-2 clowns
-1 small yellow tang
-royal gramma basslet
-mandarin dragonet (currently in a separate QT tank until it gets bigger as it was very small from biota)
-cleaner shrimp, tiger sand conch, trochus and turbo snails
-a handful of corals

I was thinking of adding:
-helfriechi firefish
-banggai cardinalfish
-bristle tooth tang

I’m most concerned about the tangs getting along. My yellow tang is still fairly small as I got it a few months ago from biota. I know there can be issues between tangs and when I got the yellow I wasn’t planning on adding anymore tangs. Is it too late to add the bristle tooth (will the YT kill it?)

I’m also looking for suggestions on other fish to add if these won’t be okay!

It should be fine to add the tang, you can use a breeder box to add the tang if you want but I think it’ll be fine just to add it since your tank is pretty big and the yellow tang is small. If you wanted to be extra safe you could remove the YT for a week or two and then put both tangs in at the same time.

Other fish are okay to add as well.
