I've always been a bit wary of cyphastrea due to concerns about overgrowth... I've had tanks completely overtaken by GSP/Xenia before. I've heard cyphastrea can grow pretty fast - how do you keep them in check, or is that concern greatly overstated?

I placed them on a solitary rock. Bottom of tank, medium flow worked well for me. Don’t know what my PAR is
