Does anyone have a female they don't want? I ordered a few from LA and got all males. I will gladly trade a male for a female

Not when there aren't enough people to work, then it's my responsibility lol. One of my full time guys just went down to part time. Once one of the girls is done with school after next week I'll be able to have another day off...hopefully

I have 4 babies that are 4 months old. My good friend has a breeding pair and gets 20+ cardinals every few months. If you dont mind a small one and raising it ill get you one for free. You just need a breeding container to confine them to one area of the tank so they can eat and not be eaten by another fish. Then hatch your own brine shrimp which is easy to do. I spend maybe 5 minutes a week messing around with the live brine shrimp.

That would be awesome! I wouldn't mind raising babies, its the whole reason I want a female lol. How small are we talking? It'd probably be pretty hard to tell the gender if they are super tiny. The males I have now are still pretty small, and it took about 20 minutes of squinting to tell the gender because they wouldn't move their fins into a position where I could see the goods lol.
