My corals are hungry and I have tried reef roids and benepeta but these foods shoot up my phos and nitrate. Ordering copepods constantly is expensive. It would be great to get some solid feedback regarding feeding corals. Right now I only have a duncan, torches and a several frogspawn, nothing complicated per se but one of the frogspawn is producing many heads and those heads remain white. Thanks!

If you feed more you can always do water changes more often (and possibly larger depending on how large yours are).

Fish poop fertilizer is free and easy to use. I don't direct feed any coral in the tank.
