Auto feeder with tdo pellets 2 times a day during work hours
Feeding of frozen or freezedried soaked in vitamins selco and garlic when home from work and near lights out.
Usually frozen as doing freeze dried for me at the moment requires using a vacuum pump so that it hydrates enough in a reasonable amount of time that the fish will eat. Only because I don't have a plank.
If I had a plank I would freeze dried all day!

Sorry, I was driving to Vegas for a Conference!
Bonus #1 - Feed twice a day with frozen cubes, mix of mysis and others. But also feed throughout the day with dry pellets.
Also have Nori avaliable most of the time (when my Tangs dont rip it straight off the clip)
Also feed my Nem with a Turkey Baster - the kids love watching it take it all in, and the peppermint shrimp come out to try and steal it from them.
